CLUB Car has appointed Golf Cart Group P/L as the sole authorised distributor for New South Wales.
Golf Cart Group encompasses both Club Car and the EMC brand of vehicles. General sales manager Glenn Wilson believes the marriage of his two brands will provide a very strong structure to support the market:

"Our customer retention rates are high and with the added strike power of the leading brand in golf cars added to our portfolio, we can now fullfill the requirements of customers at all levels of investment.
"Club Car selected us over a large number of applications - something we're very proud of - and we are really looking forward to playing a significant role in the development of golf in this state."

Golf Cart Group is located in West Gosford and the search is on for another location in metropolitan Sydney.
The new facility will have a boutique feel to it with customers able to inspect cars and accessories, purchase parts and meet with staff in a relaxed and productive environment.
"We've even been looking at some high visibility car yards around town - a street presence is something new for Club Car but as we grow into broader retail markets this will become more and more important."
