SERVICE:
EMC provide Australia wide Service and Support for all their Golf, Utility, Resort and specialty electric vehicles.
We have authorized Service Agents in Sydney, Central Coast, Tamworth, Bundaberg, Port Macquarie, Pambula, Yarrawonga, Melbourne, Tocumwal, West Wyalong, Orange, Wodonga, Longreach, Townsville, Gladstone, Toronto, Goolwa, Batemans Bay, Brisbane, Canberra, Wagga Wagga.
If you are outside the EMC service zone of an authorized EMC Service Agent or you would simply prefer to use your own mechanic (almost any qualified car, golf cart, forklift, tractor or even marine mechanic or auto electrician) EMC can appoint them as an authorized Service Agent for you.
Service on Electric Vehicles is minimal. The top priority is to maintain the batteries. To maintain the batteries it is simply a matter of keeping the water levels topped up and keeping the batteries charged. It is very, very important to keep the batteries charged. The common mistake made is to only charge the batteries when they are getting low.
WARRANTY:
EMC now offer a 4 Year National Warranty on all new Elite Vehicles.
This warranty is the longest and most comprehensive warranty available on any Golf Cart or Electric Vehicle sold in Australia.
The Elite warranty is provided through an ASIC licensed and approved services provider with allocated funds for the full term of the warranty. In the unlikely event of a warranty problem, simply call the dedicated 1300 warranty service hotline.

When making a warranty claim or a request for spare parts, please supply as much information as possible i.e. model, date of purchase, name of person or company that appears on your invoice, invoice number, vehicle serial number or part number etc.
