Golf Cart Group now encompasses both the Club car and EMC brands of vehicles. We believe the marriage of the two brands will provide a very strong structure to support the market.  

At the Golf Cart Group we have always been proud of our customer support and after sales service. Our customer retention rate is very high and with the added strike power of the leading brand in golf cars added to our portfolio we can now fulfill the requirements of customers at all levels of investment.  

Club Car USA selected us over a large number of applicants, something we’re very proud of! We are really looking forward to playing a significant role in the development of golf and the alternative vehicle market.  

Golf Cart Group has purchased a new multi million dollar building in Gosford NSW which will operate as the hub and distribution center. The building has just undergone a major renovation and refit to suit the golf and alternative vehicle business. We are now operational in the new premises and open to the public.  

We have also invested in over a million dollars worth of spare parts, specialist tools, computer equipment, testing and diagnostics and accessories.  In Sydney, we currently have 3 mobile service vans on the road 5 days pre week (weekends via special arrangements). In addition to this, we now also have a service van operating on the Central Coast.  

Staff have been undergoing intense training from Club Car USA personnel and we have hired key Club Car staff including Rhys Hillsdon as parts manager, Glenn Wilson as sales manager and Mark Bryant as sales manager.  

We have 18 dealers located throughout NSW.  Dealers are appointed given consideration to their service and support abilities and record. We have a strong service network through out NSW for Club Car and throughout Australia for EMC vehicles.
